There is something about these shoes that don’t quite rub me right. I just thought you guys would like to see them. I have a love for high top shoes. Especially ones that look this outlandish. They feature a multi-buckle high top sneaker and 2 sneakers from previous collections that they brought to the new collection. The collection shows very exquisite and washed out classic colors. Release dates are to be announced.

As you may or may not know different (or unconventional) styles tend to periodically reinvent themselves into a more modern, urban style of fashion called trends. Now, trends can be too much of a subtle earlobe piercing or so much to the niche-filled statement of gaging, metallic spike-wear; which coincidentally brings me to the entry topic of this post: punk trends! I’m not talking about your annoying, little brother/sister’s “trends” but an actual style of fashion. [Laughing/somewhat joking] For those of you wondering WTF I’m talking about, click here.
Whether it is Rihanna’s recent, incessant “eco-friendliness” with Christian Louboutin’s “Blonde X” bedazzled open-toed heels or Pharrell Williams casually drenched-out in Christian Louboutin “Freedy”-flat dress shoes or Kanye West blogging about how he was (initially) temped to dive in a stud/spike frenzy with his line but felt it likely get ironic … maybe even Christian Louboutin-esque? OK, people, you get the picture! Punk fashion is well on its way to be the umbrella of urban-pop culture; thanks to the talented Christian Louboutin of course! His surname is believed to be pronounced Lu-bu-THAN; not to be confused with Luis Vuitton fame, no relation to that brand.
If you go to Louboutin’s site (don’t be a stranger to Google) the visuals of it’s design are artsy/eccentric, though the audio kind of annoying with the shoe click-clacking (I would turn off or at least lower the computer volume a bit), his overall je ne sais quoi is red (literally) carpet glamour with edge. However, for the average Joe/Joan it can be worn in such club-wear, urban-wear, or even occasional-wear impressions. Sky is the limit! You deserve it, too, with a high-end price tag of over a grand. Anyway, I’m rambling at this point. You can expect a Spring/Summer release this coming year.

So I didn’t miss out on my pair at all. I will be getting the replica’s LOL DON’T HIT ME!!! #imnotashoecollector. To me they look like 6 rings but with some crazy greek looking writing on the tongue and a blue jordan logo. I’m sorry the 6 rings got it beat in the looks department. I’m still copping a pair of these…*cough*replica.
